GP Motorcycle Wreckers Policy on Deliveries

Once your order has been confirmed and processed, we will send your order out with PBT Couriers.

Please allow 1-3 days for processing and 1-3 days for delivery.

We always send packages with signature required so there is no risk of your order going missing.

GP Motorcycle Wreckers On Non-Deliveries & Damaged Items

If you do not receive your item, you must email us within 7 days to enable us to make enquiries and register a claim with the courier. Items reported after that time cannot be refunded.

Items damaged in transit must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this time will not be accepted.

GP Motorcycle Wreckers Return Policy

GP Motorcycle Wreckers General Returns Policy

Goods returned to GP Motorcycle Wreckers shall be accepted for credit only if the following conditions are met:

  • Goods are returned in their original packaging and are undamaged
  • Goods are accompanied by a credit note stating original invoice number and reason for return.
  • Goods are not electrical by nature.
  • Goods were not indent-ordered.
  • Goods invoice date is not more than 14 days prior to their return.

All goods returned for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee except when:
a. Goods were incorrectly supplied by GP Motorcycle Wreckers.
b. Goods were incorrectly listed in GP Motorcycle Wrecker’s fitments for applicable model (VIN/Chassis Number MUST be supplied in credit note).

GP Motorcycle Wreckers Warranty Returns Policy

Goods returned to GP Motorcycle Wreckers shall be considered for warranty only if the following conditions are met:

  • Warranty in question has been discussed with GP Motorcycle Wreckers and approval has been given.
  • Goods are accompanied by a warranty note stating original invoice number, and all details available regarding the nature of the warranty.
  • Goods in question are not electrical by nature.

As the nature of warranty can vary greatly on specific product groups and application, warranties are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please request and refer to GP Motorcycle Wreckers Application for Trade Facilities “Terms and Conditions of Sale” section for further detailed information.
