Once your order has been confirmed and processed, we will send your order out with PBT Couriers.
Please allow 1-3 days for processing and 1-3 days for delivery.
We always send packages with signature required so there is no risk of your order going missing.

Non-Deliveries & Damaged Items:

• If you do not receive your item, you must email us within 7 days to enable us to make enquiries and register a claim with the courier. Items reported after that time cannot be refunded.
• Items damaged in transit must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this time will not be accepted.
